Everything you need to know before your appointment.

01 — DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit confirms your booking.

02 — LATE ARRIVALS
If you are 10+ minutes late without contact, your appointment will be cancelled.
If you contact me when running late, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed.

03 — TOP-UPS
All top-ups must be booked and attended within the timeframe provided.
No exceptions.

04 — CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
At least 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

05 — YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive on time, be respectful and follow your aftercare advice to support the best possible results.

No children or additional guests are permitted.Thank you for respecting my policies.
